Okay guys crazy thought but what if there’s some epic Skull vs Aether thing where, in needed villain dialogue, Lusamine insults family, saying things like her relatives, Lillie and Gladion, mean nothing, and neither do the Pokémon she calls her children.
And Team Skull (including Guzma and Plumeria) is angry. Family means the world and more to them. They all call each other sis and bro. So when they hear Lusamine say that, they are done. First, they defend Lillie and Gladion, then the Pokémon Lusamine insulted.. They engage in an epic battle, Skull grunts all battling Aether scientists. In single, double, and triple battle.
By the end, Hau, Lillie, Gladion, the Protagonist, Kukui, all of Team Skull, are all working together to put an end to the Aether Foundation.
This could be a future fanfic idea.
comic idea: lillie has a nightmare and gets up to make tea at like 1 AM to soothe herself, kukui comes upstairs because he hears the keurig or whatever going, and he comforts her and does the reassuring dad speech about how she’s totally safe here and all, and then she goes back to bed and he sleeps on the couch in the main room to help her feel a little bit safer. she has her clefairy doll with her at all times

what she means: whats the full story about the aether siblings? did they live on aether paradise their entire lives? did they have any friends their age? how long did they live happily before the ultra beast accident happened? is the guy in pokemon pelago really their father? could it just be a relative? or a clue? what did they both look like before lusamine lost it over the ultra beasts? what are they doing now? is lillie getting through kanto okay? did she find bill okay? since lusamine is out of business right now does that mean gladion is technically running aether foundation? did they both remember to eat today?did th
