really love imagining a bunch a kids and teens on their pokemon journeys staying the night on the couches and floors in the lobbies of pokemon centers, having long talks about their experiences and feelings sharing funny and scary stories and myths about legendaries and trading items and sharing TMs along with sugary snacks and pokedex chargers all while their pokemon are out of their pokeballs and all bundled up in blankets sleeping soundly next to their trainers while they stare up at the stars shining through the glass ceiling over their heads

#this is what pokemon’s all about

#this is…so nice

I just…really like this idea man. So I drew a thing.

Sentret/Furret Headcanons

  • Trained Sentret are prone to insomnia. This is because they feel like they must stand guard over their trainer when they sleep. For this reason it’s recommended to get a toy that will “Stand watch” and make the Sentret feel more at ease.
  • Sentret are quiet most of the time, but their alarm call is shockingly loud.
  • Their tails are also very strong. Not only can they lift the Sentret, but also provide a stiff WHACK!
  • Sentret love to grab eachother’s tails and spin in a circle
image
  • Furret love to hide in tubes and tunnels. Some trainers have even reported their Furrets even trying to crawl into an Exploud’s horns
  • Wild Furret will build nests so deep and complicated that if one were to ever steal something from you and hide it…you have no hope of getting it back. Not unless you bribed the residents. This pokemon enjoys stealing random items.
  • Furrets also love socks and will try to fit inside them.  Even though thy are much too big. Usually this results in a Furret running around with a sock on its head
  • Trainers will find that their Furrets often like to wrap themselves around their shoulders, like a mink scarf
