So I started watching Brooklyn 99 and I’m only like three episodes in but Jake Peralta is like??? such an ADHD icon???? I mean

  • has his own organization system that no one else really understands 
  • fidgeting, always, like, always
  • ALWAYS talking, usually to say that he just figured something out or remembered something unrelated to the situation at hand 
    • like in the first episode he interrupts the arrest and is like “Oh my god I just figured it out!” like not the best time 
  • Impulsive
  • that desk is a MESS but it’s a system he understands 
  • incredibly bored by repetitive tasks such as paperwork 
  • constantly taking on a new case (starting a new project)
  • boredom is I.N.T.O.L.E.R.A.B.L.E. 
  • wants to be challenged
  • just, distracted, always, but also on task
    • like they accept him, and Holt even does things to help him work better and challenges him to not just be arrogant about his abilities 
  • smart
  • creative
  • but again, just, distracted, always, all the time, just, it never ends 
  • a true ADHD icon, truly

the whole mutual thing is really overhyped on this site. sometimes interests don’t match up and that’s the only reason why there isn’t a mutual following. if you’re a regular in my inbox or my notifications, i have visited your blog before. if i didn’t want you around for any reason, you would be blocked. so yeah. you can spam my notes and/or talk with me (and possibly become my friend) even if i’m not following you back. no worries.

When my Mum was pregnant with me she was in the pub and this random creepy elderly woman that nobody ever saw before or since told her that she was going to have a boy and when I was born everyone was like “the creepy lady was wrong” but it turned out I’m trans and THE PUB WITCH WAS RIGHT!

This post is looking for a parking spot erasure

other fun activities include:

– freezing and getting soaked

– warming your hands over the znicze (preferably the sea of them put under the main cross)

– getting blamed for forgetting the matches even though there’s seven other people who could have remembered to take them

– listening to your family complain about the quality of flowers bought by other members of the family

– listening to other families complain

– meeting people at the cemetery that you haven’t seen for ages

– they want to chat but it’s cold and you just want to go home

– listening to someone scolding others for being too loud

– “I swear this must be the right alley I have no idea where the grave went”

– traffic jams and three police cars next to every cemetery area

also one time in Bodzentyn a guy almost hit my head with a giant wooden cross, bc he was carrying it on his shoulder and did not care at all where the long end was.

also there’s always people selling those little obwarzanki on a string that children put around their neck for some reason, even though the bread is so hard that not even pidgeons want to eat that
